Founded by Samira, Alicious Smart Market is being built to serve Austin-area organizations that want a useful, modern amenity without taking on the operational burden of running retail themselves.

Our approach is simple: select good locations, stock thoughtfully, use technology to keep the experience easy, and stay accountable for the day-to-day operation.

What does the host location have to manage?

Very little. Alicious handles the market setup, product stocking, inventory monitoring, routine servicing and customer-support process.

Does our organization have to buy the machine?

No equipment purchase is planned for host locations under the standard pilot model. Final site terms are documented before installation.

What products can be stocked?

Assortment can include cold beverages, snacks, protein and better-for-you items, grab-and-go options and selected everyday essentials, subject to equipment and site requirements.

Can the product mix change?

Yes. The assortment can be adjusted using sales patterns, availability and location feedback.

Is revenue sharing available?

It can be considered after the pilot establishes sustainable demand. It is not required to begin the initial evaluation.
